Yay! It’s finally here. Election day! Go out and vote you Americans, cause I sure as hell can’t! It’s your day to be heard, your time to exercise your right to pick who gets to be the top banana of this land for the next four years!
I think I can speak for the rest of us non-Americans when I say that we are so glad this day is here. We can now resume our normal, politically-ignorant lives where every commercial isn’t laden with propaganda, where MTV can go back to actually playing videos, where so-called artists will stop threatening you to “vote or die”, where the Halloween parade can be focused once more on the spirit of the holiday and not on the spirit of the election.
Choose well. Remember, the lives of poor, helpless children and immigrants are in your hands!
