Playing the favorites
Cause I haven’t done one of these in a long time….
Favorite Beatles album: Rubber Soul, because it taught me my first French phase (sont les mots qui vont tres bien ensemble), it has “Nowhere Man” and one of my all-time favorites, “My Life.”
Favorite Beatle: George Harrison, because he’s the least flashy amongst the other Beatles, he’s so adorable and because he wrote “While My Guitar Gently Weeps,” which is just one hell of a good song.
Favorite Batman: Michael Keaton, because he was the first Batman I’ve ever seen (even before Adam West), he was in a movie directed by one of my favorite directors, Tim Burton, and because I think he is the best among all of them, including Christian Bale.
Favorite Olympic sport: Gymnastics because it reminds me of the many hours I spent watching this sport with my grandfather when I was young. Volleyball is a close second because it’s the one sport I can actually say I’m good at.
Favorite “Friend”: Monica because she’s a bit of a dork, because she went from being fat Monica to sexy Monica to get even with Chandler, because she loves to cook and eat, but mostly because she’s a bit of a dork.
Favorite Star Wars movie: “The Empire Strikes Back” because we were introduced to Yoda, because we found out Vader’s secret, because of that terrific scene between Han and Leia just before Han was cryo-genetically frozen or whatever it is you call it and because it just kicks all the other movies’ asses without even trying.
Favorite Simpsons character: Moe Szyslak cause who doesn’t want an Uncle Moe or a Flaming Moe?
Favorite James Bond: I’ve been told that the best one is Sean Connery, but unfortunately, I’ve never seen any of his James Bond movies. So, of the ones I have seen, I’d have to say my favorite is Roger Moore. I know, I know, he’s not the greatest, but of my other choices (George Lazenby, Timolthy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, and Daniel Craig), Moore is the one I like best.
Favorite Southpark character: hands down, Cartman. I can still hear him singing “Kiss From a Rose.

My favorite Beatles song is either Eleanor Rigby or Paperback Writer. My fave Star Wars movis is also “Return of the Jedi.” My favorite Bond is Sean Connery. My fave “Friend” was Phoebe. Gawd, I loved PHOEBE!

I like Rubber Soul, too. I’m torn between Paul and John. I agree with your Michael Keaton though I am in love with Christian Bale. My favorite Olympic sport is synchronized swimming… I loved watching that with Lolo. I don’t have a favorite Friend because Friends sucks. I don’t have anything to say about Star Wars or James Bond either. But I think the Chef on South Park is great and I heart Montgomery Burns.
